Help Us Help Joy!

Joy's defense has depleted all of her resources.  She sold her home, liquidated her 401(k), and used all of her savings.  Her family and friends have donated thousands of dollars for her defense.  Now that we have to file an appeal, we will need additional funds.  Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated. Please remember that donations are NOT tax deductible since we are not a 501(c)(3).

Never used PayPal before?  You do NOT need a PayPal account to donate; you can create one and donate all at the same time.  When you click on the ABOVE LINK (the PAYPAL button labeled "Donate"), it will take you a page that looks like the picture below.  You just need to fill in the amount of your donation up top and then you can either log into your PalPal account using the log in on the bottom right hand side of that page, or you can use your credit card and never have to sign up for PayPal: just click on the link that says "continue" next to the sentence that says:  "Don't have a PayPal account?" on the bottom left hand corner of the page.

What Happens to donated money if Joy does not appeal?

There is no chance that Joy will not appeal after her sentencing to clear her name and reputation.  However, any funds collected that are not used for Joy's appeal will go to the family, to help care for Joy's children and to help Joy get back on her feet once she is released from prison.  Please keep in mind that we are not a non-profit agency and donations are not tax deductible, nor are we subject to any kind of regulations.  If you have further questions about your donation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
